The corner house that changed how we understand access

Casa V was where we learned that garden access isn't an extra — it's structural. The corner position allowed designing two entry points: the formal one from the facade and the functional one from the garden; this allows the house to be used modularly giving you separate booking options in a single house (you can book your whole house or part of it giving you more days during the year). The jacuzzi on the first floor blended with living-dining creates a unique social environment. The perforated blocks and double-height ceilings complete the natural ventilation system that keeps the house cool year-round, without depending on A/C.
